A premier planned industrial park

TGS CEDAR PORT WATER

POTABLE WATER

CPNID has the ability to provide large amounts of potable water to meet most facility water needs. CPNID contracts the water supply through the city of Baytown, who was a water plant within the Park.

INDUSTRIAL WATER

TGS Cedar Port has a reservoir located in the northeast quadrant of the Industrial Park, which is owned and operated by JSW Steel and supplied water by Coastal Water Authority (CWA), fulfilling the industrial water needs of Park tenants. TGS Cedar Port Partners has the right to pull 7.5 million gallons per day.

WASTEWATER (WWTP#1)
DOMESTIC PLANT

TGS Cedar Port can design, permit, construct, fund, operate, and maintain wastewater treatment facilities to suit major users’ needs. The Park has an existing TCEQ-permitted domestic wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) with an ultimate capacity of 960,000 GPD, of which 492,000 GPD is constructed. The Park will add capacity up to the permitted 960,000 GPD as the Park continues to grow.

WASTEWATER (WWTP#2)
INDUSTRIAL PLANT

A future industrial wastewater treatment plant is permitted and planned for the southern central portion of the Industrial Park and will be constructed as needed over the next few years. This facility will be a larger capacity, staged facility, which can treat various types of industrial wastewater. It will be developed in various stages up to 10 million gallons per day capacity, as industrial growth requires.

SOLID WASTE

Waste Management Baytown Landfill (non-hazardous) is located adjacent to the Park near Cedar Bayou at the intersection of FM 2354 and FM 1405.
