TGS Cedar Port is 6.5 miles from Mont Belvieu natural gas storage caverns and has an abundance of industrial pipeline infrastructure running throughout. The pipelines and commodities (crude, ethane, ethylene, and refined products) running through the Park represent a unique advantage to tenants for the use of transporting feedstock or finished goods. Cedar Port controls all right of ways (ROW) within the Industrial District.
