A Premier Planned Business and Industrial Park

  • The industrial park is served by the Chambers County Improvement District #1 for potable water needs. CCID#1 contracts the water supply through City of Baytown.
  • The municipal water system has a total capacity of 26 MGD with an average current utilization of 12.5 MGD and a peak of 20 MGD.
  • Onsite infrastructure includes potable lines ranging in size from 4-16” distributed throughout the park, two booster pumps that can handle 500 gallons per minute, a 400,000-gallon ground storage tank, a 20,000-gallon pneumatic tank, and a newly constructed one-million-gallon elevated water storage tank.
