A Premier Planned Business and Industrial Park

• A reservoir located in the northwest quadrant of the industrial park, which is owned and operated by JSW Steel and supplied water by Coastal Water Authority (CWA), is intended to fulfill the industrial water needs of the industrial park tenants. TGS Cedar Port Partners has the right to pull 7.5 million gallons per day from the existing infrastructure, and has the ability to access an additional 80 million gallons per day of raw water through a separate agreement after installing additional improvements.
